Chicharrón con Frijoles
Someone told me they sell dry pork crusts at the super market and I decided to go and get them to make this recipe. This is a super tasty dish, easy to make, easy to find and super fast to cook. All will take us about 20 minutes to make. Here the recipe:

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
4 Tomatoes
1/2 Onion
4 Serrano Chillies
1 Bag of dried pork crusts (100g)
Water
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1 Can of Bayo Beans
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut the tomatoes in 1/4 pieces and put them in a pot with half a liter water and half an onion. Let them cook with medium high temperature until the tomatoes are soft.

2. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender together with the 4 serrano chillies and salt & pepper to taste.

3. Add the mix to a pot and let cook on medium-high fire for about 3 minutes.

4. Now add the pork crust bag and let cook for about 10 minutes. If you see that is getting dry, you can add water. Also taste it and add salt and pepper to taste.

5. In another pot, warm thebayo beans from the can.

6. Once the pork crusts are soft, you are ready to enjoy!

7. Serve together and warm some tortillas if you like to eat them with your Chicharrón.
