Salsa Verde

This is a great "Salsa Taquera". It is a multipurpose salsa, you can use it with any dish and it is really easy to make. Here the fast recipe:

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

1 Avocado

1/2 Onion

1 Bunch of Coriander

1 Cup of chiles serranos

1 Garlic clove

1 Can of green tomatoes

2/3 Cup of water

Salt and Papper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a Blender for about 10 seconds except for the avocado.

2. Now cut the avocado in small pieces and add it to the salsa. Thats it! Enjoy!
